Associates is one of the most experienced appraisal and consulting firms
in the metropolitan Atlanta area. The company, which is fully
insured, was founded in 1987 to provide quality residential real estate
appraisals and consulting services. We specialize in all types of
residential properties including: custom luxury residences,
pre-construction, historic and restored homes, condominiums, 2 - 4 unit
income properties, employee relocation, acreage, and commercial properties.

Our goal at Daniel Fries & Associates is to

opinions of our seasoned professionals. We offer timely,
cost-effective analysis and reporting. We objectively use experience
and technical competency to provide unbiased advice and guidance in
pursuit of our client's best interests.

Company-
Daniel Fries, SRA has been exclusively engaged as an appraiser since February, 1983.
He has been president and chief appraiser of Daniel Fries & Associates
since 1987. He received the prestigious SRA designation in from
the Atlanta Appraisal Institute in 1990.
He
is also a designated member of the Atlanta Appraisal Institute where he
has held various committee chairs and has served on the Atlanta Appraisal
Institute Board of Directors.
We currently
have eight full time appraisal professionals on staff, an office manager,
and a financial specialist.
